If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 3 days of receiving it. Please note that customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Since these items are tailored to your specific needs, they cannot be resold or reused. We encourage you to double-check all details before placing your order to ensure that your customized product is exactly as you ordered. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, excluding any shipping and handling fees.

Sheen is a homegrown fine jewelry brand. It was established as a creative outlet for its founder, who has a strong passion for both jewelry design as well as social causes. Sheen emerged as a way of combining these two interests. These combined passions helped to establish the founding roots of Sheen: design + humanity. It also incorporates the use of culture as well in narrative collections. It is a brand whose passion for humanity and culture drives its mission; jewelry is just a way to express it. Crafted in 18k gold with precious and semi-precious stones, every piece is designed and produced in the UAE. A percentage of proceeds from every piece is currently donated to the UNHCR for different causes such as, the Syrian refugee crisis, the Yemen and Rohingya emergency. Previous donations were made to organizations such as Doctors Without Borders (MSF) and also Revive Kashmir, an independent, non-religious, and non-partisan organization that has many ongoing projects in Kashmir. About The Designer Sheen was founded by Nosheen Bakhsh, a Saudi designer of Kashmiri origin, based in Dubai. Her love for jewelry began at a young age, when she would watch her mother adorn her beautiful collection. She started collecting pieces of her own, and developed an enthusiasm for crafting her own beaded bracelets, necklaces and rings, which she would distribute as gifts to family and friends. It had always been a dream for Nosheen to start a larger-scale project that can assist her in creating awareness and giving back. Sheen is the first step to accomplishing this goal. The concept of Sheen was originally a university project developed in 2010. In September 2013, Sheen - Jewelry for Social Good, was launched and the rest is history.
