Customized products will take up to 7 working days to be shipped out. Items that fall under the category of Masks, cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and hygienic reasons. Faulty and Incorrect Item Faulty/Incorrect item can be exchanged for the correct item or for an alternative piece (exchange to other products are subject to availability). For Size Adjustments or Additional Customization (Customized Orders only) Size adjustment and additional customizations after the item has been shipped can be accepted. However, all shipment charges will not be covered by FMM and should be paid by the customer along with the extra customization charges as per FMM’s standard pricing.

Launching in 2012, FMM began as a conceptual insight into Arab culture, reflected through tongue-in-cheek illustrations of cultural stereotypes and societal obsessions that won the hearts of the young, trend focused and vibrant audience of the UAE. Proving her fashion design ability in addition to her graphic artistry, Fatma Almulla launched her debut clothing collection in 2014 featuring her most loved illustrations and introduced colorful patterns, including the launch of the iconic Dinhoud dress collection. 2013 saw the launch of her very first accessories collection where FMM began a movement towards cultural pride with the Niqab and Bisht iphone cases. A cult-like obsession of selfies followed! 2015 Fatma was nominated for Emirates Woman - Woman of the Year Award in the Young Achievers Category. 2016 collaborated with brands like Khiels for an exclusive package collection. Fatma was also the face of Magazine cover Villa 88 magazine for their 2nd edition. 2017 Collaborated with Garrets popcorn for an exclusive package design for popcorn tins. In 2018, the brand stepped up into creating handcrafted pieces focused on intricate embroidery details, giving life to a new set of sophisticated modest dresses. Fatma and her designs have been featured in numerous publications like Hello, The National, Vogue Arabia, Harper's Bazaar, and other notable online press. Each item and artwork is designed by Fatma Al Mulla with the help of her great team, in her studio, in sunny Dubai, with love.
