Our standard shipping policy is to ship out all orders within 48hours. This allows us to ensure that your item is carefully inspected and packaged before it is shipped directly to your doorstep. In the event that there is a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you immediately to let you know the expected delivery time.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds. As these items are tailored to your specific needs, they cannot be resold or reused. We encourage you to double-check all details before placing your order to ensure that your customized product is exactly as you want it. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, excluding any shipping and handling fees.
